Starbridge is an Italian company founded by Francesco Romano, sports agent and lawyer, and Gianluca Libertazzi, sports agent, dedicated to managing the interests of footballers and clubs through an extensive network of national and international relationships. The core business is the representation of professional footballers and international intermediation. The agency is also structured to provide its clients with comprehensive sports consultancy, ranging from player registration to the management of sponsorships and image rights.

Intermediation
Through an extensive network of relationships, we are able to provide advice and assistance to clubs regarding player transfers at both national and international level. Long-standing relationships, credibility and discretion in handling negotiations have allowed us in recent years to complete transactions between clubs of significant importance.
Women's Football
Since 2022, women's football has achieved professional status, on a par with men's football. For this reason, we have decided to bring our experience and expertise to this field as well, embarking on a dedicated path focused on managing athletes' careers and intermediating between clubs. Although our presence in this sector is recent, the agency has already distinguished itself by representing some of the most promising players in the emerging landscape and handling intermediation operations with leading clubs at both Italian and European level.
